April 22nd Events
April 21st, 2009Earth Day is officially recognized as April 22nd. And as such, Lincoln Earth Day has planned some events to coincide with the Global celebration.
Green Drinks at Lazlos in the Haymarket, 5:30-7pm;
Come join us for some of your favorite ecol-friendly beverages (and great food to boot) at a local restaurant that takes recycling seriously.
The 11th Hour movie is being shown at the Bourbon Theatre (formerly the State Theatre) at 7:30 & 9:30pm;
A look at the state of the global environment including visionary and practical solutions for restoring the planet’s ecosystems.

Recycle anything with a plug or batteries free (exceptions below) Tube TVs up to 19” will cost $10 per unit CRT Computer Monitors will cost $10 per unit TVs above 19” can not be accepted.
