Earth Day 2010, Planning underway

January 13th, 2010

We are very excited to announce that planning has begun for the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day. This year’s Earth Day celebration is being headed by The Cleaner Greener Lincoln Initiative, a divison of the Mayor’s office.  The first of many brainstorming meetings was well attended and we are excited about both the magnitude and energy of this year’s planning committee.  Also exciting is the participation of the City in this year’s event.  This year’s event promises to be the best yet.
